Sermon summary: In the end, the choice to follow Jesus is the only matter at hand. The rest is a set of images and metaphors in service of that one choice — to move with Jesus where Jesus moves. Moves himself, us, and those who hear him.

Sermon summary: Jesus gives up nothing but takes on a challenge in the wilderness of preparation. For Lend, we can prepare for the glory of Easter by adding an action rather than giving up a thing.

Sermon summary: Jesus brings the Kingdom to us, and we respond, pickikng from among three choices — yes, no, maybe. We feeel the power of his presence, to this day, for we, too, have made our choice and renew it every day, picking yet again from those three choices. And we are free each day to decide which one we will choose, by intention or by inattention.
